The only certified Senior Real Estate Specialist in the area
Sellers: Is it time to move? Regardless of the reason, selling your home can bring with it a whole host of emotions. The good news is that the process is pretty straight-forward and I'll be with you every step of the way.
To best present your home, keep it well maintained, both inside and out. It is best to keep the decor simple and neutral so the Buyers can easily imagine themselves living in your home. This may mean storing personal treasures, such as pictures, art work, and knick knacks you have throughout the home.
Buyers: What an exciting adventure lies ahead for you - there are some great homes in this area! We'll create a search for your "dream" home. It's fun, it's exhausting, and it's totally worth it!
To best present yourself as a "strong" Buyer, I strongly recommend the following: have a pre-approved mortgage in place before you begin your search (ask me for recommendations if you need any). This not only lets you know how much "house" you can afford, it also lets the Seller know you are very serious about purchasing a home.
With graduate degrees in counseling and a certification as Senior Real Estate Specialist, I know the importance of truly hearing and understanding what someone is trying to communicate. Some people are good with words, and some are not - my focus will be on YOU (words and all).
